Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Konvo website, mobile application, software, communication platform and related services (“Services”).
Konvo is operated by PIPS Technology LLP under the Inov8 by PIPS initiative.
By creating an account, accessing or using Konvo, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Konvo.

1. Definitions
For these Terms:
- “Konvo”
- means the platform, website, mobile application, software and related services operated by PIPS Technology LLP.
- “PIPS Technology LLP”, “we”, “us” or “our”
- means PIPS Technology LLP, the operator of Konvo.
- “Inov8 by PIPS”
- refers to the product, innovation or business initiative under which Konvo is developed and operated.
- “User”, “you” or “your”
- means any individual accessing or using Konvo.
- “Customer”
- means a user who communicates with or receives services from a business through Konvo.
- “Business”
- means an organization, company, professional, merchant or other entity using Konvo to communicate with customers.
- “Content”
- means messages, text, images, files, documents, profile information and other material submitted, transmitted or made available through Konvo.
- “Premium Support”
- means any paid, priority or enhanced support service offered by a Business through Konvo.
2. Eligibility
You may use Konvo only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
If you are using Konvo on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you are below the applicable legal age, you may use Konvo only where permitted and with appropriate authorization under applicable law.
3. Account Registration
Certain features require an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate information;
- maintain updated account information;
- protect your login credentials;
- not share your account improperly;
- notify us of unauthorized access; and
- accept responsibility for activity occurring through your account, subject to applicable law.
We may suspend or restrict accounts where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, unauthorized access or violation of these Terms.
4. Konvo Services
Konvo provides technology that enables businesses and customers to communicate.
Depending on the features available, Konvo may provide:
- user accounts;
- business profiles;
- direct messaging;
- customer support;
- premium support;
- notifications;
- file sharing;
- subscriptions;
- payment functionality;
- business communication tools; and
- other related services.
Features may change, be added, suspended or discontinued from time to time.
5. Konvo Is a Communication Platform
Konvo provides the technology for communication between businesses and customers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Konvo is not the provider of the products or services offered by businesses through the platform.
A business is responsible for:
- its products;
- services;
- pricing;
- customer support;
- representations;
- refunds;
- warranties;
- business policies; and
- obligations owed directly to its customers.
Konvo does not guarantee that any particular business will respond, provide support, fulfill an order or satisfy a customer.
6. Business Accounts
Businesses using Konvo agree that:
- information provided to Konvo must be accurate;
- they must have authority to represent the business;
- they must comply with applicable laws;
- they must not impersonate another business;
- they must not mislead customers;
- they must handle customer information lawfully;
- they must not misuse the communication system; and
- they are responsible for their employees, agents and representatives using their business account.
Businesses are responsible for maintaining appropriate privacy notices and obtaining required permissions or consents from their customers.
7. Customer Use
Customers agree to use Konvo only for lawful purposes.
Customers must not use Konvo to:
- impersonate another person;
- impersonate a business;
- send fraudulent communications;
- harass another person;
- threaten others;
- distribute malicious software;
- conduct scams;
- engage in unlawful activity;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- distribute prohibited content;
- abuse support channels;
- circumvent platform restrictions; or
- interfere with the operation of Konvo.
8. Prohibited Content
You must not upload, transmit, publish or distribute content that:
- is unlawful;
- is fraudulent;
- is defamatory in violation of applicable law;
- is threatening;
- is harassing;
- infringes intellectual property rights;
- violates privacy rights;
- contains malware;
- facilitates criminal activity;
- promotes terrorism or violent extremism;
- exploits or harms children;
- is sexually exploitative or otherwise unlawful;
- facilitates financial fraud;
- contains unauthorized personal information;
- impersonates another person or entity; or
- otherwise violates applicable law.
We may restrict, remove or disable access to content where required or permitted by applicable law or these Terms.
9. Communications and Chat Content
You are responsible for the content of communications you send through Konvo.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share any content you submit.
You understand that:
- communications may be stored;
- recipients may retain or copy communications;
- businesses may access conversations involving their business;
- Konvo may process communication data to operate the platform;
- communications may be reviewed or processed where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or support; and
- no internet communication can be guaranteed to remain absolutely confidential.
Do not use Konvo to transmit information that you are legally prohibited from sharing.
11. Payments and Subscriptions
Where paid services are available, you agree to pay the applicable fees displayed before purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.
Depending on the service:
- subscriptions may renew automatically;
- applicable taxes may be added;
- payment methods may be subject to provider terms;
- fees may vary;
- promotional pricing may have additional conditions; and
- cancellation and refund rules may apply.
The applicable payment and subscription terms presented at the time of purchase will form part of your agreement.
12. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the particular service purchased.
Where the service is provided by a Business, the Business may be responsible for determining refunds relating to its own services.
Where Konvo directly charges you for a service, the applicable refund policy presented at purchase will apply.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Intellectual Property
Konvo and its underlying technology are owned by or licensed to PIPS Technology LLP.
This includes, subject to third-party rights:
- software;
- source code;
- design;
- interface;
- logos;
- trademarks;
- branding;
- graphics;
- documentation;
- databases;
- platform architecture; and
- other intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit Konvo except where expressly permitted by us or applicable law.
14. User Content
You retain ownership of content that you lawfully submit to Konvo, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the Services.
By submitting content, you grant PIPS Technology LLP a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display and process that content only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Services;
- operate communication features;
- maintain security;
- provide support;
- improve the Services where legally permitted; and
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not obtain ownership of your content merely because you use Konvo.
15. Business Trademarks and Content
Businesses may upload:
- logos;
- trademarks;
- business names;
- images;
- descriptions;
- product information; and
- other business materials.
The Business represents that it has the necessary rights to provide such materials to Konvo.
Businesses grant Konvo permission to display such materials as necessary to operate the Business profile and Services.
16. Third-Party Services
Konvo may integrate with third-party services including:
- payment processors;
- cloud infrastructure;
- authentication providers;
- analytics providers;
- communication services;
- notification providers; and
- other technology providers.
Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies.
PIPS Technology LLP is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
17. Availability
We aim to keep Konvo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- technical failures;
- cybersecurity incidents;
- infrastructure problems;
- internet outages;
- third-party service failures;
- force majeure events; or
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify or temporarily suspend Services where reasonably necessary.
18. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect the platform.
However, no online platform is completely secure.
You acknowledge that:
- internet transmission involves risks;
- no security system is guaranteed to be completely secure; and
- you should use appropriate care when sharing information online.
You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
19. Privacy
Your use of Konvo is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and process personal information.

20. Platform Monitoring and Enforcement
To maintain safety, security and compliance, Konvo may use automated systems and human review processes to detect:
- fraud;
- abuse;
- spam;
- malicious activity;
- policy violations;
- security threats; and
- unlawful activity.
Where permitted or required by law, we may restrict, remove, suspend or report content or accounts.
We may cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
21. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access where:
- you violate these Terms;
- you engage in fraudulent activity;
- your account presents a security risk;
- you misuse the platform;
- you violate applicable law;
- you provide materially false information;
- you interfere with platform operations; or
- continued access creates legal, security or operational risk.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.
You may stop using Konvo at any time.
Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations that arose before termination.
22. Grievance and Content Complaints
Users may report:
- abusive content;
- impersonation;
- illegal content;
- privacy violations;
- intellectual property complaints;
- fraudulent activity;
- account abuse; and
- other violations.
Reports may be submitted to:

We will process complaints in accordance with applicable law and our internal procedures.
Where the IT Rules or other applicable intermediary obligations apply to Konvo, we will implement the required mechanisms and timelines.
23. Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe content available through Konvo infringes your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a complaint containing sufficient information for us to investigate.
The complaint should generally include:
- your name;
- contact details;
- identification of the protected work;
- identification/location of the allegedly infringing material;
- explanation of the claimed infringement;
- evidence supporting your claim; and
- confirmation that the information provided is accurate.
24. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Konvo is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- Konvo will always be available;
- communications will always be delivered instantly;
- businesses will respond to customers;
- information provided by businesses will be accurate;
- premium support will meet a particular expectation;
- third-party services will always function;
- the platform will be free of errors; or
- the Services will meet every individual requirement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PIPS Technology LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of Konvo.
This may include loss of:
- profits;
- revenue;
- business opportunities;
- goodwill;
- data;
- anticipated savings; or
- business interruption.
Our aggregate liability arising from the Services will, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount actually paid by you to Konvo for the relevant Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
26. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PIPS Technology LLP, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses arising from:
- your violation of these Terms;
- your unlawful use of Konvo;
- your content;
- your infringement of another person's rights;
- your misuse of the Services; or
- your violation of applicable law.
27. Changes to the Services
We may:
- introduce new features;
- modify existing features;
- remove features;
- change pricing;
- change technical requirements; or
- discontinue certain Services.
Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are material, we may notify users through:
- the application;
- website;
- email;
- account notifications; or
- other reasonable methods.
Your continued use of Konvo after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
29. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of PIPS Technology LLP shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
30. Dispute Resolution
We encourage users to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve disputes informally.
Where permitted by law, disputes may be resolved through:
- good-faith discussion;
- internal grievance procedures;
- mediation or other alternative dispute resolution; or
- competent courts or tribunals.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory statutory right available to a user.
31. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- natural disasters;
- war;
- terrorism;
- government action;
- internet failures;
- telecommunications failures;
- major cybersecurity incidents;
- infrastructure failures;
- power outages;
- epidemics or pandemics; or
- failures of third-party service providers.
32. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
33. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
34. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific Services, constitute the agreement between you and PIPS Technology LLP regarding your use of Konvo.

36. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing or using Konvo, you confirm that:
- you have read these Terms;
- you understand these Terms;
- you agree to comply with these Terms; and
- you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
